Similarly the sadev master Srey Yim and his ensemble are represented for a number of tracks. Finally, there are a few solo works by Tuk-Mon, a master of the chapey (a lute). The music holds similarities to Thai and Laotian music, and is a generally interesting sound. The sheer foreignness of the timbres and the intentionally scratchy tones of the strings may prove a bit much for some casual listeners, though there is a good deal of music worth hearing nonetheless.
