Chapter 2 discusses Cornelius Burright and his time in Ohio and, later, Illinois. Chapters 3-12 cover each of Cornelius Burright's children who survived to adulthood. Each of these chapters includes a list of descendants to the fifth generation (with Cornelius Burright being the first generation). Chapter 13 discusses the relatively recent introduction of science to genealogy through the use of DNA testing. The author writes about how he used several DNA testing companies to find hundreds of Burright cousins throughout the United States and, perhaps, Norway. Finally, the author added a name index of more than 20 pages to help direct readers to where he discusses their ancestors and cousins in the book.
