A James Beck novel. He owes his life to his friend Paco who spent years in prison, then finally being released from prison, Paco is murdered. Paco also had a daughter. James vows to find the person or persons that murdered him, and tries to save his daughter from a life of prostitution. What appears to be a tragic street killing of Paco becomes something more difficult and complex.
I loved this book. Very fast paced and an edge-of-your-seat suspense.
