I found the book not only enlightening but inspiring as well.Suzannne Somers in my mind is a crusader for the health of the public..She has lived through many personal problems and in this book she not only inspires one to take the necessary steps to wellness but she gives the specifics necessary to make them successful. I highly recommend this book..she is, in my eyes... a health heroine for the public!!
