Solange Technik an ein bestimmtes Geschlecht gekn???pft ist, reicht es nicht aus, einfach nur mehr Frauen f???r naturwissenschaftlich-technische Studieng???nge zu werben. In diesem Tagungsband werden Projekte vorgestellt, die auf sehr unterschiedliche Weise versuchen, die Fachkultur dieser Studieng???nge zu ver???ndern, indem die Lehrinhalte, die Lehrumgebung oder die Didaktik anders gestaltet werden. Die vorgestellten Ans???tze reichen dabei von monoedukativen Studieng???ngen ???ber von Studentinnen selbst organisierte Tutorien bis hin zur Neukonzeption von koedukativen Lehrveranstaltungen.
