Worth every penny
This book was recommended to me by a friend. Within 4 weeks of daily workouts I began to notice a firmer body. I had a 16 months old baby when I began the routine. Now my thighs and abs are toned. The instructions are easy to follow and pictures are there to help you get the exercise right.
