I love this book and the whole series. Caroline is an excellent author. I recommend to everybody who reads this book to read the whole series. I love how the book is written in not only the main character's point of view, but from the point of view of all the big characters. I got caught up in the love of the characters. I really felt like I was in the Late 19th century with Annie and Strat and Devonny. This book series is one that I can see standing the tests of Time.
