In einer von hooker noch gar nicht benutzten Ver???ffentlichung3) als neue Gattung Calanthz'dz'um aufgestellt wurde. Von den sonstigen calcmthe-arten werden noch etwa 20 umbenannt es fehlen sogar Arten, welche beiciienbach in walpers' Annales VI. Bequem zusammen gestellt hatte, und von den zahlreichen Species, die letzterer Autor nach 4874 im Gardeners Chronicle beschrieb, ist gar nicht die Rede. Mit welcher Hast kuntze arbeitete, folgt schon daraus, dass er aus der allbekannten C. Curculigoz'des Ldl. Eine 0. Curantz'goz'des macht4), aus C. Elytroglossa Rbch. F. Eine C.
