This book, while it does offer some excellent tips and techniques, is not completely written in English. A fair percentage of the book is, in fact, written in Maori or a combination of English and Maori. Had the book been described properly, it would have also included the fact that there is a great deal of time spent discussing the history of the Maori people and the art of bonecarving, rather than getting to the point of the book: TECHNIQUES. We are very disappointed in this book.
Furthermore, we paid for expedited shipping, as we were led to believe the seller was in NJ, but it was shipped from England and arrived 6 days later than the date quoted by the seller. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
