If you are a fan of Albert (and I am) you will really enjoy this book. Of all of her China Bayles mysteries this one is in my opinion the best. The story is irresistible as it moves back and forth between the present and the past. It is fast paced and her charaters feel like you could sit at the kitchen table and have a cuppa. An added benefit is that this story stands alone but also is the first of a trilogy that begins to address the mystery surrounding China's fathers death fifteen years previously. I know you will enjoy this book. Have a good read!
