The requirements were in place by 2002 for the Luxurious Panthers to deliver a "big game," following the guidelines set by sports pundits. The all-important subject of a solid roster had been addressed, the Houston rockabilly band having finally settled on the same drummer since 1998, a fellow known as Red Man.
