Would God let them harm His faithful servants?--how they were prevented from harming them. How these two men trusted and believed God--how easily we are tempted to sin in the manner the people did if we do not listen and remember what God tells us--Remember He is able to save us to the uttermost. Ps. xxxvii. 39, The Lord is their strength in the time of trouble. (66) The Passage of the Jordan. (Josh, iii.)
