They hired Tony Scott to direct the 2nd in the Bev Hill Cop series and he does ok. Ed Murphy keeps the super cocky fast and free cop on the loose routine - while the rest of the cast hold it down. The appearance of Brigitte Nielsen is a novel twist. Luckily they keep "Axel F." as the main theme for when Foley is up to his high-jinks. I think i am gonna watch Top Gun and Days of Thunder next to keep the T Scott vibes flowing.
