good for todays kitchens
this is a good betty crocker book as they all are. If you are looking for helpful advice in the modern kitchen, this would be it. It has a good microwave chart and may just be able to help the busy mother actually have homemade cooking and baking there for her family. Its not as extensive as the bigger books but still a good buy
