This kids cookbook is very well organized, provides helpful photos for eplanation and includes a section to explain all those terms you come across in a cookbook (chop, dice, etc.). One of the sections my daughter likes best explains how to plan a balanced menu. Why should kids wait until high school to get a solid explanation of nutrition and food preparation? This helpful book can get kids started down that road as soon as they are able to read and can handle a sharp knife. Highly recommended. The publisher should republish as these are getting harder to find.
