Top corner rear board bumped w mild loss at tip and a small area of surface abrasion. Mild rub other corners and a small abrasion mid board top cover. A rare work of the noted social progressive and participant in early 19th Century Utopian societies. Shaw 21088 locates 5 copies held by institutions. Follows an earlier privately printed edition of 1823 and first wider edition of 1824. Scarce.
