This book produces some laughs throughout, and does cover some things people don't talk about! But it was also a little unusual...not what was expected. It was more like funny short stories rather than informative (which is what it seemed to be from reading the synopsis). There is also a lot of swearing and detailed stories of sexual things (more detailed than I would have expected!). It seemed like they'd be articles in Cosmo magazine...only about being pregnant!
Funny? Yes. Very informative and useful for learning about pregnancy? Not so much.

HIlarious
Laugh out loud funny. Jenny McCarthy talks about embarrasing things that happen to almost every pregnant woman. It made me not worry so much about all of the weird things that are happening to my body during my first pregnancy. I read it in 2 days, then passed it on to my another of my newly pregnant friends.
