These notes include the original Official Journal notes, identification of amendments and, as a major enhancement, thorough pinpoint cross-references to specific paragraphs where the relevant provisions are discussed in the Sixth Edition of Bellamy & Child and also the Second Edition of Faull & Nikpay: The EC Law of Competition.
