Loved it as well as Before Sunrise---a great talkfest movie that held my attention the whole time. The scenery and conversations were captivating.

before it's too late
I found this the most satisfying of the 3 films in this series, maybe because it seemed the most realistic: the right mix of optimism and realism. The first was pie in the sky and the last was anything but. This one stands alone.

Satisfying!
Nine years ago, Jesse met Celine on a train and spent a day together that marked them both indelibly. This was the basis of the film Before Sunrise - now, Jesse is back in Celine's hometown of Paris, touting his book which happens to be a novel using that day as the basis. The two actors still have good chemistry, and they both hold that day tightly in ways that feel real -- they've each moved on in some ways, and not at all in others. Reconnecting now, they find out what each other has become and all the while, the backdrop is what may become of the two of them going forward. A satisfying if not altogether brilliant follow up to a quiet cult film from 1995.
