Room 40 is Factual
This is a good read & rather quick. It is general in nature & explains what was done in Room 40. After the Great War, information about the functioning of Room 40 was destroyed & what David Boyle found was limited. Yet, the story behind Room 40 needed to be told. The book is straight forward & tells the facts. It is a good starting point to look deeper into some of the members that the author illuminates which leads into the establishment of Bletchley Park. Worth reading.
