a personal touching account of the Kosovo war
This might not be a full review of the Kosovo war and should not be treated as such, but it is a really good piece of journalism. Sometimes (most of the times) telling a story of a single person or a couple of persons, leaves much stronger impression and fuller aftertaste. It digs deep, maybe do some prestudy to get the wide picture... and yes, it makes you think again about the liberal weapon rules in the U.S.
