So Poorly Edited Hard to Get Good Content
If only it had been edited. Daniel J. Siegel seems to know a lot. Maybe this was a rush to turn his clever presentations, models, and mnemonics into a book. The lack of editing made slogging through very frustrating because of repetition, circular logic in paragraphs, and tangents. The writing made me lose motivation many times. He uses the word 'integration' so many times it almost has no meaning, until finally on page 323, when he brings himself into the book.
