Die Teilnehmer wurden aufgefordert zwei mal w???chentlich Laufen zu gehen und hierbei die App "Zombies, Run!" zu nutzen. Nach jedem Lauf f???llten die Teilnehmer einen Fragebogen aus, der sowohl ihre Befindlichkeit (MDBF) als auch ihre Motivation (BRSQ, BRQ4) abfragte. Die Kontrollgruppe bestand ebenfalls aus 21 Teilnehmern. 13 Frauen und 8 M???nnern (MW=26.29; SD=3.99). Die Probanden der Kontrollgruppe gingen ebenfalls zwei mal pro Woche Laufen, nutzten dabei allerdings eine gew???hnliche Lauf-App, wie z.B. "Nike Plus" oder "Runtastic". Die Entwicklung von Befindlichkeit und Motivation wurde mit Hilfe einer multivariaten Varianzanalyse mit wiederholten Messungen analysiert.
