This book is the best and most comprehensive book on astral projection that you can buy. I haven't come across another book about this topic that contains so much theory and detail. It's definitely a book that's meant for true enthusiasts, though, and it reads like a technical manual or a textbook. It's not for the casual reader, or someone who has just become exposed to the subject of astral projection.
