Seller's Description:
This is an ex-library book and may have the usual library/used-book markings inside. This book has soft covers. Clean from markings In good all round condition. Please note the Image in this listing is a stock photo and may not match the covers of the actual item, 2150grams, ISBN: 1292024208.
The book itself is a softcover with flimsy front and back covers. The pages are thin and at least for the book I received at least one page was torn/scrunched up.
The paper quality isn't anything to brag about, it also is only black and white so most the diagrams in the book are totally worthless as they refer to nodes in the state-spaces and search trees by the color of the nodes; or lack of color in this case. So trying to understand what they are referring to in figures is anyone's guess.
Once again I've been ****** over by Pearson, the only semi redeeming feature is that most the information in the book itself is alright. The way the pseudo-code is formatted is pretty terrible however; it would have been better if they had just stuck to a common language like C or python, as anyone who is reading this book would know at least one of those languages vs trying to pickup the syntax for their brand of pseudo-code.
If you are buying this for a class, then don't. Just explore the high seas to find a digital version that has color instead of getting b**t over by Pearson; both your sanity and your grade will thank you.
If you're reading this as a professor, please look to another book or resource if you can find one.
