These capacities to work with and promote the learning of adults are not what teachers learn in pre-service programs nor in any venue in which they circulate as they master their profession. Therefore, there is a tremendous and un-met need for resources which can support coaches to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to fulfill the potential of coaching"--
