A brief pamphlet published by the US Army Center of Military History, on the military campaign and operations by units of the US 5th Army and their battles in the Anzio bridgehead 1944. The operations were supported by the US XII Tactical Air Command, RAF Desert Air Force plus other Tactical Bomber and Coastal Units. The author is believed to be the same Dr. Laurie who is on the faculty at University of Maryland Baltimore County.
