Words cannot express my delight at, for me, the big three: James Balog, Yann Arthus-Bertrand, and Andy Goldsworthy whose every book enchants me, gives me more to look at, helps me to see ... especially that things unknown or unnoticed are put before our very eyes. This may not be the book of entry into Balog's work yet it makes clear his devotion to the world seen and not yet seen.
