This book was written by a rabbi-counselor. He includes material from the scientific psychological literature I did not see elsewhere in lay books. He also guides the reader through a step-by-step program that will surely reduce the intensity, length, and frequency of anger in just about anyone if you'd only take his advice and troubleshoot your unique sensitivities, which he guides you through.
