In jedem Fall ist es so, dass eine empfundene Lohngerechtigkeit starken Einfluss auf das Leistungsverhalten eines Arbeitnehmers hat. Aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht hat der Arbeitgeber nat???rlich das Ziel der Gewinnmaximierung vor Augen. Dennoch l???sst sich diese langfristig nur dann erreichen, wenn seine Lohnempf???nger auch entsprechend zur Arbeitsbereitschaft motiviert sind. Hier sieht man deutlich, dass die beiden augenscheinlich gegnerischen Parteien, den als f???r beide Seiten gerecht empfundenen Lohn zum Ziel haben. Ein Arbeitsbewertungsverfahren, das von beiden Seiten als gerecht und sinnvoll empfunden wird, k???nnte diesen immerw???hrenden Konflikt zwischen Arbeitgeberverb???nden und Gewerkschaften entsch???rfen.
