In extent, 15 goes no further than the confidera tion of the natbre, origin, and properties of powers, and the manner of carrying them into effect, which involves in it the fubje???l: of their legal and equi table executions. Of the confiru???tion of the words, confiituting powers, little or nothing is here of fered, becaufe the rules of confiru???lion, applicable to powers, are to be found in thofe authors who have already treated on the'fubje???t of ufes.
