Volume 1: Title-page (non-volumated), xv pp. preceding plates, the plates 1-99, each one with it's own paginated supporting text. Volume 2: Repeated title-page (non-volumated), Plates 100-180, each ith it's owwn paginated supportive text. Followed by 65 pp. of Appendix materials, then one page of errata. Several pages of descriptive text concerning history and formulation accompany each of the 180 separately paged sections. Includes a 65-page Appendix that includes Glossary, Bibliographic index and General Index with a final leaf of errata. The descriptive details and known history of each plant is fascinating, and many times reaches back to the dawn of history and how the plant has been viewed, recognized and utilized by different cultures from that time forward to the present day. While slightly age-toned, the color pplates are still exquisite and were each prepared by the author himself, from live speciments. A superb horticultural and pharmacological reference, and still extremely useful to any Homeopathist or Naturopath. The only folding plate in the set is a tri-fold of Cannabis in Volume 2.
