Recommended to me by granddaughter. I was familiar with Amy Adams and only vaguely with Christian Bale and others' names, so it was all new to me. I had no clue re. story and, as it unfolded, the tension really grew for me. I'm looking forward to a second (more relaxed!) viewing tonight.
