When War Was All That Mattered
Ambush at Antler's Spring by Will Cook is a powerful novel full of scenes that one won't soon forget. Nineteen men were all that were left of C company, and Sergeant Tim Manlove was in command because their officer lay dead after the skirmish with the Apaches. This is another of the kind of stories Will Cook loved best to write and for which he is very good at writing.
