The agency implemented changes to the Reactor Oversight Process (ROP) to more fully address safety staff continues to implement the agency-sponsored alternative dispute resolution(ADR) process for discrimination allegations. One quarter of the discrimination cases offered ADR reached settlement in 2006. Lastly, the Commission approved a new policy developed by the Offices of Enforcement and Nuclear Security and Incident Response for corresponding with allegers who raise security-related concerns.
