Rare Romance Subject
It is very rare to have your heroine be a waitress struggling to pay the accumulated bills from her Mastectomy. I thought she was a bit young, but I guess it does happen. I really liked the characters, even the co-workers and weird hippie types to whom she is related. A tough subject handled very tasefully.
Now do I believe the male lead is the same character met in previous Coxwell family novels. Absolutely not! People don't change that much. Whoever he really is he's a nice guy, and good to our emotionally bruised girl, so I can forgive that lapse.
