Loved it when it first came out, it's a little dated now, with 80s hair on many of the actors, and cranky 1980s futuristic versions of computer graphics (like muddy old blue prints). But it's still got heart, and is still scary. The young Bill Paxton (later of Big Love fame) is way over the top with his overacting of the whiny space marine Hudson.
