Prepare to be inspired by one of life's natural mavericks. Serial entrepreneur and philanthropist Graham Leslie founded one of the UK's most successful pharmaceutical companies, which he later sold for $86m and has since dedicated his life to helping other businesses and charities. Graham was chairman of Huddersfield Town Football Club in the early 1990s and had the vision, drive and determination to kick-start the project that led to a new stadium in Huddersfield, the first all-seater football stadium in the UK. The stadium was so striking and different it set the standards for all future UK sports grounds and, ultimately, inspired the new Wembley stadium. That is why Graham's autobiography is called Ahead of the Curve. The stadium's famous design, with its innovative banana-shaped trusses, threw a curve ball into stadium design. Graham has constantly been a disruptor, often doing things differently to everyone else. He reveals how he now intends to change the way part of the music industry works and gives vital business tips such as how companies can double their profits in a year. Graham, who is dyslexic and left school with no recognised qualifications, tells his amazing life story with honesty and humour, revealing how, often against all odds, he has been lucky to survive both physically and financially. All of Graham's and Andy Hirst's proceeds from the book will go to charity.
