A fabulous science book!
?A Seed is Sleepy? is a book I wish I?d thought of writing! It is the perfect way to introduce the science of botany to a small child - or children. It would be great for classroom use. The wide variety of sizes, shapes, methods and processes are all represented, but on a level to which a child can relate. The illustrations are perfect, with bright, bold colors that will keep a child?s attention. The fact that they are also incredibly detailed, accurate and gorgeous is icing on the cake for the adult reading the book to the child.
