Very Good. Title-page, Index (list of maps), followed by 40 maps. Index and maps printed on one side only with versos blank. Recent quarterbinding (marble boards backed in leather. 30cm. Original title label (lightly chipped at corners) preserved and mounted on front cover. Old armorial bookplate also preserved and mounted on new endpaper. Some offsetting from maps on facing blank leaves. One map (Eastern Hemisphere) has chipping and one short tear along fore-edge. Minor browning and a few spots of foxing. Hand-coloring on all maps.
