The contribution of deceased American physicist G.Feinberg is presented although the author obtained his derivation of tachyonic physics independently and by a more fundamental space-time derivation. Much of the book is accessible by undergraduates in mathematics or physics or a general reader interested in broadening his or her mind. This is a seminal work by an original founder of the subject.
