Freely cenfured the otlicial Con du???t of a tingle Mini er; and, above all, it was infifted upon, That a Charge of an ac cumulative Nature was new, and unjuft, as it might fo happen, that though* a Majo rity might acquit him upon each of thole Crimes, yet accumulated Minorities might make a Majority upon the Whole to con demn.
