Dust jacket is not price clipped; has minor wear with some small chips and a closed tear on front bottom. Previous owner's stamp on front free endpaper. Very good condition This account of a difficult and perilous overland expedition is filled with topographical descriptions and information on the Indians of the area. The whole last chapter is devoted to a detailed examination of the local flora and fauna.
