Nothing in this Sec. 9. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this act ric;ht or remedy, contained shall be construed to take away, or impair, any right '"XZf"l or remedy, which the United States now have, by law, for the rovery of debts, recoveiy of taxes, debts, or demands.
