Pencil markings inside front, and author's bio glued inside. Cover is smudged, faded, and shallowly scratched. Corners and edges are bumped and rubbed; showing cardboard. No dust jacket. No ISBN. Good. 1922 Aingdom Press hardcover, green boards have edgewear, darkening on spine, lettering on cover reads perfect, small stain near spine, name & address on endpaper-paper-clip tear at top edge, first hanfdul of pages have short tears at top edge, very few markings, some soiling/fingerprints, a few pages creased at top corner.
