In this class the irregular verbs xorfcTb to wish, and 6tataTb to run, must be included. 6tHtaTb has two irregular forms, 6try I run, 6tryn. they run, and derivative forms. CMOTpiTb, to look, is also given in full, to illustrate a verb of the fourth conjugation with a moveable accent. Most dissyllabic original verbs in-irrb have a variable accent, e.g. yiinbto learn, my, yinuib; nycTHTb to let go, nymy ncTH11ib; the 1st person singular only is accented like the infinitive, e.g. nycTan., ciyjKan. (they serve). The present gerundive active, present participle active, and present participle passive are generally accepted like the infinitive, e.g. jiooa, iiooamiii, jK)6HMbiii (jiooiiTb to love). The past participle passive is generally accepted like the secondary accent of the present, e.g. XBaniTi. to seize, xBaiy, XBaTnuib, xBiiieHiibiii. Some verbs have a fixed accent, e.g. npociiiTb to forgive, npomy, npocTiiiHb, npomeHiibin, etc.; but such are mostly derivative, e.g. laps gift, AapHTb to present, plots marvel, yAHBiiTca to marvel. 56. The Fourth Conjugation. Derivative Verbs. The infinitive always ends in-hti., and the accentuation is fixed; v. 47 for an example. As stated in 54 these derivative verbs are mostly accented on the terminations. e.g. from adjectives and nouns: --'lepHbiii black HepniiTi. to blacken Hi.iiubih drunk mauiiTb to make drunk but those derived from verbs mostly have a variable accent, e.g. cTaBHTb (ciaiuib, craBHinb), ...
