(133) A demonstrative pronoun will of course precede the noun to which it calls attention; as hwc mulier, ille vir. But if there is also an adjective, the pronoun and adjective may follow as in Greek; thus: ivrip 6 /leyas = vir ille magnus, or magnus ille vir. (134) Adverbs, according to rule (5), regularly precede the predicative word to which they are attached. This is always the case with the categorical negative non.
