I received this book for Christmas as a gift. I was so impressed with it that I bought two more copies from Alibris for friends so we could exercise together. The excercise does work if you do it. [I admit I'm not as faithful w/that as I should be].. But it's more than just the exercises that he teaches you that makes the book wonderful. The exercises are deceptively easy. You think that they can't possibly help you lose weight.. but surprisingly, they do! But he also gives an amazing insight into why a person gains weight to begin with and how to overcome that obstacle as well. Obesity is a family issue for him and he addresses it very well. I'd reccommend this book to anyone.. obviously I already have to my friends... and GOOD LUCK to you as well!!!
