Not Just for Seniors!
This little book is CHOCK full of great exercises for strengthening your core/abdomen. It's written for seniors, and the darling illustrations depict older people of different sizes, shapes and abilities performing the exercises in easy to follow charts with excellent, detailed instructions on how to get the most out of each. It includes exercises for chair, standing, and mat postures. I put together two of the routines to make a more difficult, customized series to help me recover from a bad hip injury, but you could easily half the routines to make them even lower stress. Highly recommended!
