No punches are spared as this book delivers quite literally the "inside story" of what happened in the World Trade Centers on 9/11. I had held off reading this account fearing it would be too painful but I guess enough time has passed that I felt comfortable revisiting this sad episode. As you read of the bureaucratic bungling that occurred on 9/11 you can only hope some important lessons were learned. A good read
